ABOUT THE COTTAGE
Our cottage is a three bedroom, one bathroom on 130ft of Georgian Bay located in Georgian Bluffs. We comfortably sleep a maximum of seven guests. The cottage has a designated "work from cottage" space and our guests have access to our high speed wireless internet. Our kitchen offers new JennAir appliances, propane stove and all the things you'll need for your stay. We provide a propane BBQ on our deck which overlooks the water and provides lots of outdoor seating for our guests to enjoy. Newly added to our property this year are two kayaks to cruise the bay.

Our Story
The Bluewater Cottage began as a passion project by founder Adam, Alessandra and Victoria. Adam and Al found the cottage one evening in the middle of COVID-19 lockdown, called Adam's sister Victoria to visit the next morning and within a couple stressful hours, the trio were the new owners.
The cottage was old and minimally maintained but the structure was sound, the property was outstanding and the potential was endless. The team meticulously planned every detail of the renovation, knowing there would be curveballs thrown when starting the project, but stores were fully locked down and we wanted to start welcoming guests early summer.
Adam, Alessandra and Victoria worked hard to get the cottage to where it is now with the help of family and endless hours of work. We are so proud of our finished product and cannot wait for you to experience our wonderful piece of paradise on Georgian Bay.

Location
Our cottage is located between Owen Sound and Wiarton on the shores of Georgian Bay. We are a 20 minute drive to Sauble Beach and one hour to Tobermory.
Generally, in July and August, we require one week stay (Friday to Friday) but sometimes we have weekends or 4 day stays available. For May, June, September and October we can be more flexible with 3-4 day stays. Reach out to us, thebluewatercottage@gmail.com and we will try to accommodate your stay as best as possible!
